1. Plane must be stock high wing or low wing Rookie 40
    1. Modifications under the covering are builder's choice ie: strengthening, lightening, etc.
    2. Landing gear, spinner, engine mounting as desired except: main landing gear wheels must be at least 2-1/4" dia, ¾" wide. No wheel pants allowed.
    3. Engine- STOCK .40 OS FP or equivalent (Tower .40, Magnum GP 40, or OS LA-40) with STOCK muffler (any baffles may be removed).
    4. Prop must be stock (black) Master Airscrew 10 x 6.
  2. Points will be awarded for each race as follows.
    1. Place of finish: 1st (5 pts ), 2nd (4 pts), 3rd (3 pts), finshed (2 pts), started (1 pt).
    2. Cuts inside the pole: Minus 1 point for each cut.
    3. Early Start: Minus 2 points.
    4. Flying Behind the flight Line Once is a CUT, flying behind the flight line on two different laps is a ZERO!
  3. Races will be 10 laps, counter clockwise around two pylons. The start and finish line is even with the main taxi/access ramp.
  4. Chief Judge will call 5 minutes, at which time pilots may start engines and launch at their convenience. When all planes are airborne, or at the end of the five minutes, the judge will call 1 minute to start. He will then count down 30 sec, 15, 10, 5,4,3,2,1, Start. Pilots may then
    cross the start line and proceed.
  5. Chief Judge will count laps for the lead plane, and determine order of finish. Pylon judges will record cuts at their respective pylons.
